1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the Awoui ecosystem — the website, the access console and the associated services (AI assistant, cloud, private network, password vault, messaging, identity). By using Awoui, you accept these terms.
2. Acceptance
Creating an account or using a service constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the services.
3. The services
Behind a single account, Awoui brings together several services built on open source components (AI assistant, cloud, private network, password vault, messaging, identity). Features may evolve in order to improve security, performance or the experience.
4. Account & security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out from your account. Notify us without delay in the event of unauthorized access. Access is restricted to authorized users; activity is logged to the strict minimum for security purposes.
5. Acceptable use
You undertake not to: break the law or infringe third-party rights; attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the infrastructure; distribute unlawful content or malware; use the services to harm others. Any abuse may result in access being suspended.
6. Access & free of charge
As of today, access to the services is free for guests; no paid offering is sold through Awoui. Should a paid offering be introduced, it would come with its own specific terms and prices, presented before any subscription, and would be provided by the publisher (LeGuideInfo).
7. Availability & maintenance
We strive for continuous availability, without being able to guarantee it without interruption. Maintenance operations, whether planned or exceptional, may temporarily suspend all or part of the services.
8. Open source software & intellectual property
Awoui builds on free software distributed under its respective licenses. The code specific to Awoui is published under the AGPL-3.0 license. The trademarks and visual identity remain the property of the publisher.
9. Liability
The services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damage, for data loss attributable to a failure to back up on your side, or for use that does not comply with these terms. Nothing in this document excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Suspension & termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms, in compliance with the applicable legal provisions.
11. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction. Contact: contact@awoui.com.
